For Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) Referrals​

Woodlands Health (WH) is now accepting GP referrals to its Specialist Services. Healthier SG (HSG) GPs may make the referral via your HSG compatible CMS / Primary Care Digital Services (PCDS) from 15 May 2024.​
